Shipping within the United States

Orders within the United States, NuVisage offers free Ground Shipping on orders of $50 and more. We ship to locations in the United States, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders being sent to these locations (P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska or Hawaii) must be shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping and cannot be shipped via express shipping.

For orders outside of the continental United States, standard shipping time is about 8-13 business days, and, cannot be shipped via express shipping.

Orders outside of the United States

NuVisage will ship outside of the United States and will need to add the appropriate shipping, duties and taxes to the order. We will notify you regarding these additional charges and any other concerns before any payment charges are made.

Returns

At NuVisage, we are committed to making products that work, are pure, simple and all natural. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. We are only able to assist with orders placed on NuVisageskincare.com, and we do not accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.

We will happily offer free returns on purchases from NuVisageskincare.com within 30 days of the shipment date. This is only valid in the United States - we do not accept returns from outside of the United States.
